- General tutoring records: 3 years after the child leaves the service
- Accident records: 3 years after the child’s 18th birthday (legal requirement)
- Safeguarding records: until the child’s 24th birthday (statutory requirement)
- Financial records: 6 years (HMRC requirement)
Safeguarding Disclosure
Our primary concern is the safety and wellbeing of children. Where safeguarding or child protection concerns arise, we may share information with:
